The staff member at the front desk was incredibly nice.

I experienced a major issue checking in. I stood at the front desk for over 2 hours waiting to check in, but no one ever came to the desk. This was New Year’s Eve, and instead of checking in at 10pm, we ended up spending New Year’s in the car.

the front desk was unattended for so long, I almost thought it was a ghost town, and during my stay, I was shocked to find no coffee maker in the room, how quaint! also, I expected at least a complimentary toothbrush for all this inconvenience, but no such luck, I just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review with these dreadful issues.

The room had a strong smell of air freshener, crickets in the bathtub, and uncomfortable towels. However, the pool was very clean and the front desk staff was really nice.

The wait at check-in was excessive – over 30 minutes with no staff in sight!!! Rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and basic functionality. Fix those door issues at the very least!!!

the location was great and easy to reach. the staff was mostly attentive and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable. having access to a computer was a nice touch. breakfast options were decent, especially the cereal and coffee!

my stay at the hotel exceeded expectations compared to past visits in rosenberg. the room was reasonably clean, and the bed provided a decent level of comfort. although there were some minor issues, the renovations underway showed promise for improvement.

Had a great stay with friends! The rooms were decent, and the overall vibe was just what we were looking for during our group trip. Perfect for a short getaway with buddies!

However, the first room we checked into had some issues with cleanliness, which was disappointing. We had to switch rooms but thankfully the staff helped us out.

The exterior of the property left a lot to be desired, resembling poorly maintained buildings. Inside, the queen room was relatively clean, though the overall condition showed signs of deterioration. The comfortable bed was one of the few highlights, while the front entrance wall damaged by a vehicle remained unrepaired during my visit. Enjoying a slice of pie from the small snack area was a nice touch, but it didn’t compensate for the overall state of the hotel.
